About Norihana

Known for Chicago’s Michelin-starred omakase Mako, neighborhood sushi temple Juno and the fun hand roll / omakase concept of Tamu, Chef BK Park now brings his expertise and passion to Shaver Hall’s Norihana in the heart of Midtown, NYC.

Combining nori which means seaweed (
のり) and hana (はな) which means flower, Norihana is a concept driven by the idea of hand rolls as carefully crafted bouquets presented to guests. Imagined as a fun and casual hand roll bar, guest are welcome to stop by for a quick bite or settle in for a longer dining experience with beer, cocktails and wine.
