ABOUT NORIHANA

Known for Chicago’s Michelin-starred omakase Mako, neighborhood sushi temple Juno and the multi-concept hand roll and omakase restaurant Tamu, Chef BK Park now brings his expertise and passion to Shaver Hall’s Norihana in the heart of Midtown, NYC.

Combining nori (
のり) which means seaweed and hana (はな) which means flower, Norihana is a concept driven by the idea of hand rolls as carefully crafted bouquets presented to guests. Imagined as a counter service hand roll bar, guest are welcome to stop by for a quick bite or settle in for a longer dining experience with beer, cocktails and wine.
