About Norihana
Known for Chicago’s Michelin-starred omakase Mako, neighborhood sushi temple Juno and the fun hand roll / omakase concept of Tamu, Chef BK Park now brings his expertise and passion to Shaver Hall’s Norihana in the heart of Midtown, NYC.
Combining nori which means seaweed (のり) and hana (はな) which means flower, Norihana is a concept driven by the idea of hand rolls as carefully crafted bouquets presented to guests. Imagined as a fun and casual hand roll bar, guest are welcome to stop by for a quick bite or settle in for a longer dining experience with beer, cocktails and wine.
